Per the requirement of Ministry of Health (MOH) Singapore, please be advised that passengers aged 7 and above who are not Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents and who have recent travel history to the Philippines within the last 14 days prior to entry will be required to take a COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test within 72 hours before departure.
Travellers will need to present a valid negative COVID-19 test result as a condition of approval to enter or transit through Singapore. The test result memo must be from recognised laboratories that are internationally accredited or recognised by the respective governments. The test result memo must be in English, and state the following:
- the test result;
- the date that the test was taken; and
- the name, date of birth, nationality of the traveller as indicated in his/her passport.
Travellers from the Philippines entering Singapore will still be required to serve a 14-day Stay Home Notice (SHN) at dedicated SHN facilities and to take a negative COVID-19 test before the end of their SHN.
Please be advised that the Philippines is still not included in the approved cities allowed to transit in Singapore. For the latest cities approved for transit flights through Singapore and latest flight schedules, please refer to SIA’s official website for more information.
