Flight Resumption to Manila

Entry into Singapore via Air Travel Pass
Foreigners who are short-term visitors travelling from Australia (excluding Victoria State) may seek entry into Singapore (on or after 08​ October​ 2020​) by applying for a single-entry Air Travel Pass (ATP).

They must apply for the ATP between 7 and 30 calendar days prior to their entry into Singapore. An ATP application takes 3 working days to be processed, and applicants are encouraged to factor in the time required when booking their flights.

Successful applicants will be subjected to a COVID-19 test upon arrival in Singapore in lieu of a Stay-Home Notice (SHN).
