Commercial Policy for Qantas Customers Affected by Northern Winter 2020 Qantas (638322) *NEW*
- applicable to Qantas customers holding a valid 081 ticket issued on/before 1 October 2020 where flights cancelled by Qantas and UN message generated to your GDS booking for travel dates 25OCT20 – 27MAR21 (MNLSYD/SYDMNL). There is a refund option under that policy for those passengers.
Commercial Policy for Domestic Border Closures (638321)
- applicable to Qantas customers holding a valid domestic 081 ticket issued on/before 29 July 2020 for travel between 29 July 2020 and 31 October 2020 who have been impacted by domestic interstate border closures. Valid proof of being impacted by travel restrictions must be added to the booking as a remark where relevant.
Qantas customers impacted by Coronavirus Extended Ticket Validity (628179)
- applicable to Qantas customers holding a Domestic or International 081 ticket issued on/after 31 January 2019 and before 24 September 2020 booked for travel on/before 31 March 2021. Ticket can be held in credit until 31 December 2022. If a ticket has an issue date prior to 31 January 2020, you will need to reissue the ticket prior to 31 December 2021. This will ensure all eTickets are open for use until 31 December 2022. Travel must be completed by 31 December 2022.There is no refund option under this policy.
Qantas Customers Impacted by Qantas International Flight Cancellations due to Demand Impact of Coronavirus (623062)
- applies to Qantas customers holding a valid 081 ticket issued on/before 03 June 2020, for travel on Qantas and Jetstar International flights between 26 March 2020 and 24 October 2020, which have been cancelled due to the demand impact of Coronavirus. There is a refund option under that policy for those passengers.
