1. FLY SAFELY TO AUSTRALIA WITH PHILIPPINE AIRLINES!
Please be advised that effective January 22, 2021, passengers are required to provide a negative RT-PCR test
conducted by an Accredited Laboratory 72 hours or less prior to departure. Children who are four years of age
or younger at the time of boarding are not required to have a test. Other vulnerable groups may be considered
for exemption from a pre-departure test. This will be determined by the Australian Government.
Passengers may arrange RT-PCR Tests through the PAL Testing Facility in Philippine Airlines Learning Center,
Manila for only PHP3,300.
Complete the Australia Travel Declaration at least 72 hours before departure for Australia at https://www.health.aero/au/
Registration to the PAL Passenger Profile and Health declaration form as early as 5 days before departure

REMINDERS FOR PASSENGERS TRAVELLING TO AUSTRALIA
1.) Negative RT-PCR Result
Effective January 22, 2021 passengers are required to provide a negative RT-PCR result conducted by an accredited laboratory 72 hours prior to departure.
2.) Exemptions
Children four years old and younger at the time of boarding are exempted to take an RT-PCR test. Other vulnerable persons may be considered for exemption and will be determined by the Australian government.
3.) Registration
Complete the Australia Travel Declaration at least 72 hours before departure at https://www.health.aero.au/and the PAL Passenger Profile and Health Declaration form via https://bit.ly/PALIntPPHD

Effective immediately, passengers going to Japan are required to accomplish below requirements before the arrival:

We are pleased to advise that PAL flies to/from Clark every Friday. Flight between Clark and Davao departs Clark
at 09:45AM, and from Davao at 12:20PM. Clark to Cebu flight departs at 02:50PM, while Cebu to Clark departs
at 07:30AM.
