Relative to Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID) Resolution No. 121, Series of 2021 dates 14 June 2021, the imposed travel restriction for travellers coming from the following countries is hereby extended until 30 June 2021:

IN VIEW THEREOF, revised guidelines per (1) IATF-MEID Resolution No. 119, Series of 2021, and (2) BI Advisory dated 07 June 2021, shall still be observed. To reiterate:
A. PASSENGERS ARRIVING FROM TRAVEL-RESTRICTED COUNTRIES
1. Foreign nationals coming from, or who have been to travel-restricted countries within the last fourteen (14) days shall NOT be allowed entry.
2. Filipinos arriving under repatriation program of the government shall undergo an absolute fourteen (14)-day facility-based quarantine from the date of arrival in the Philippines, with the date of arrival being the first day.
3. Filipinos arriving under NON-Philippine Government Repatriations shall:
(a) Present a negative RT-PCR test, taken within 48 hours prior to boarding the aircraft or vessel;
(b) Undergo an absolute fourteen (14)-day facility-based quarantine from the date of arrival in the Philippines, with the date of arrival being the first day.
B. PASSENGERS NOT COMING FROM TRAVEL-RESTRICTED COUNTRIES
PROVIDED they are authorized to enter the country thru relevant resolutions of the IATD-MEID and subjected to existing testing and quarantine protocols issued by the Department of Health (DOH), (1) those who transited or who have a mere layover at the airport of travel-restricted countries (layover only at the airport and with no immigration admission at said countries); and (2) those NOT coming from travel-restricted countries, may be allowed entry.
C. ARRIVING PASSENGERS WHO ARE FULLY VACCINATED IN THE PHILIPPINES shall be required to undergo a seven (7)-day facility-based quarantine upon arrival, with the day of arrival being the first day.
D. Foreign nationals who are holders of valid 9(a) visa shall secure an entry exemption document prior to arrival to be allowed entry into the country.
Existing guidelines for arriving crew member/s shall still be observed.
