SUBMISSION OF RT-PCR NEGATIVE TEST CERTIFICATE FOR ARRIVING PASSENGERS TO SOUTH KOREA INCLUDING KOREAN NATIONALS
Please be informed that effective February 24, 2021, all passengers arriving to South Korea including Korean nationals will be required to present a PCR-negative certificate upon check-in. The certificate must be issued within 72 hours (3 days) prior to the departure, and must indicate that the holder of the certificate tested negative for COVID-19 on a Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR)/Swab Test.
Korean nationals subject to quarantine exemption for humanitarian reasons and public affairs overseas business trips are excluded.
Exemptions:
– All passengers transferring/transiting from the airport are exempted from submitting PCR Negative certification.
*Negative COVID-19 test should still be prepared if required by country of destination
Remarks:
– PCR-negative certificate must be issued only by the accredited medical institutions designated by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Philippines.
