NOTICE TO PASSENGERS TRANSITING INCHEON WITH ONWARD FLIGHT TO CHINA &TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF ENTRY BY NON-CHINESE NATIONALS IN PH TO ENTER CHINA
Effective November 6, 2020, all passengers coming from the Philippines and transiting via Incheon Airport with final destination to China will no longer be accepted at Asiana Airlines check-in counters in compliance with the directive imposed by the Chinese government which require all passengers to undergo additional RT-PCR and Rapid (serum IgM Antibody testing) tests in transit airport as Incheon Airport doesn’t provide PCR and rapid testing in the airside.
In Addition, China has decided to temporarily suspend entry into China by non-Chinese nationals in the Philippines holding visas or residence permits still valid at the time of the announcement. The Chinese Embassy and Consulates in the Philippines will no longer issue Certified Health Declaration Form for the above-mentioned personnel.
Entry by holders of diplomatic, service, courtesy or C visas will not be affected. Foreign nationals visiting China for emergency needs may apply for visas at Chinese Embassy or Consulates. Entry by non-Chinese nationals in the Philippines with visas issued after 3 November 2020 will not be affected.
