1) Manila Flight Operations
Outbound:
Between August 1, 2020 to December 1, 2020, ANA Manila-Narita (NH 820) flights will continue to operate 5x a week. ANA Manila-Haneda (NH 870) will maintain its 3x weekly flight operations until October 31, 2020. For November 1-30, 2020, NH 870 will increase flight frequency to 5x weekly. Please see the flight schedules below:

In accordance with the Philippine Government’s restriction on international arrivals, ANA Narita-Manila (NH 819) and ANA Haneda-Manila (NH 869) flight schedules for the months of October, and November will be as follows:

2) Terminal Changes and other Airport Reminders
Manila:
All ANA flight departures and arrivals to/from Manila are at NAIA Terminal 3. Check in counters open 3 hours prior to the flight’s estimated time of departure.
Passengers will be allowed to enter the airport anytime provided they are holding valid tickets for flights departing within 24 hours. The use of face masks and face shields within the airport are mandatory. Passengers without face masks and face shields shall be refused entry into the airport building.

3) Bureau of Immigration Declaration Form for Outbound Passengers
In accordance with IATF Resolution No. 57, essential travel of Filipinos leaving for business, work, medical emergency, and other humanitarian reasons may be allowed subject to presentation of sufficient supporting documents including the execution of Declaration acknowledging the risks involved in traveling.
A blank declaration form may be downloaded here. Passengers are required to prepare this ahead of time and submit it to the Immigration Officer on the date of departure.
The following passengers are exempted from submitting the declaration form:
- OFWs (including seafarers)
- Students enrolled abroad and participants accepted in exchange visitor programs
- PH passport holders holding permanent residence abroad
- Foreign nationals
4) Guidelines on Arriving Passengers in the Philippines
Under existing protocols, all passengers of international flights arriving in the Philippines are required to undergo COVID-19 RT-PCR test as well as quarantine procedures in approved facilities while awaiting the results of their tests.
In line with this, passengers are advised to pre-register and accomplish the Electronic-Case Investigation Form (E-CIF) online at http://e-cif.redcross.org.ph in order to expedite airport procedures.
Non-OFW passengers are encouraged to pre-book their accommodations with accredited establishments as identified by the Department of Tourism for their quarantine while awaiting results.

5) Entry Restrictions in Japan
Validity of single and multiple entry visas issued by the Japanese Embassies and Consulates General in the Philippines by March 27, 2020 is suspended until further notice. The same applies to passengers from the Philippines holding APEC Business Travel Cards.
Likewise, foreign (non-Japanese) nationals who have stayed in the Philippines within 14 days prior to their arrival in Japan are subject to denial of entry (unless there are special circumstances).
6) Re-entry of Foreign Nationals Holding Residency Status in Japan
Starting September 1, 2020, foreign nationals holding residency status in Japan** with a valid re-entry permit will be required to present the following documents upon re-entering Japan:
- Letter of Confirmation of Submitting Required Documentation for Re-entry into Japan issued by the local Embassy of Japan
- Certificate of negative test result (test must be conducted within 72 hours before their departure time to Japan)
This applies to passengers with a re-entry permit who left Japan by August 31, 2020 only.
** Permanent Resident, Long Term Resident, Spouse or Child of Japanese National, and Spouse or Child of Permanent Resident (and the spouse or child of Japanese nationals and permanent residents who do not possess these statuses of residence). Diplomats and foreign government officials will be exempted from this measure.

7) Quarantine Measures Upon Entry in Japan
All passengers arriving in Japan are subject to COVID-19 testing and 14-day quarantine at home or at a location designated by the quarantine station chief. During this period, they are prohibited from using public transport (ex. domestic flights, buses, trains, taxis, etc).
Those who enter Japan as a transit country are not subject to the above quarantine measures.
