1. TAIWAN TRAVEL ADVISORY
Effective May 19 to June 18 or until further notice: Taiwan would implement new entry restrictions and measures listed below beginning 00:00 am on May 19 (departure time at the airport of departure).
a. Non-R.O.C. nationals without a valid Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) will be temporarily barred from entry. Exceptions may be made for individuals who obtain entry permission for emergency or humanitarian
reason.
b. Transit travelers will be temporarily barred from entry.
The above-mentioned measures will be effective from May 19 to June 18 and will be adjusted on a rolling basis based on the status of the pandemic and effectiveness of those measures.
Please be kindly noted that only R.O.C. nationals and ARC holders are allowed for Taiwan entry within said period.

2. MANILA TO KSA BOUND PASSENGERS
Please be advised that effective 20 May 2021, the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) has imposed new quarantine procedures for all non-vaccinated passengers at their own expense. In compliance they must secure the following prior departure:
- 7-day institutional quarantine through accredited quarantine hotels. Kindly refer to link attached for the list of accredited hotels. https://cdn.mt.gov.sa/public/licensedAccommodations/index.html
- Medical insurance with COVID coverage. The insurance should cover the costs of treatment in outpatient clinics, emergencies and hospitals; including institutional quarantine for a period of up to 14 days.
- RT-PCR negative test result valid 72 hours prior departure
- Download the Tawakkalna application prior departure
- All passengers must register to the E-CIF not later than 5 days before the flight.
KSA Ministry of Health (MOH) will only recognize the following vaccines, any passenger who failed to present certificated proof of one of the following vaccines will need to observe institutional quarantine. Kindly take note that the departure from MNL must not be less than 14 days from the date of the second dose.
- 2 doses of Pfizer Biontech vaccine
- 2 doses of Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine
- 2 doses of Moderna vaccine
- 1 dose of Johnson vaccine
3. PAL FLIGHTS TO/FROM CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY
Philippine Airlines flies 3x daily between Manila and Cagayan de Oro City while operations for Cebu – Cagayan de Oro or v.v. is 4x weekly, every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
