In view of the Hong Kong SAR Government’s latest announcement, with effect from 20 February 2021 our Hong Kong-based pilots and cabin crew are required to undergo 14 days of hotel quarantine plus 7 days of medical surveillance when they return to Hong Kong after being on duty.
Please find the below table for flight services from 20 to 28 February 2021. We are actively managing our crew resources to plan for our flight services for March 2021, more updates will be available after 22 February. Affected travellers will be notified and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Altering plans for your travellers is easy. We are offering unlimited changes up to 31 December 2021 for all new tickets issued between 9 March 2020 and 31 March 2021.
Your travellers also have the option to exchange tickets for Cathay Credits and cancel bookings with a full refund for tickets issued on or before 23 March 2020 (original travel period is between 1 June 2020 and 31 March 2021). Once they have changed their ticket to Cathay Credits, they will have until 30 September 2021 to redeem on a new booking. Travel must be completed before 31 March 2022.
