1) Manila Flight Operations
Outbound:
Between August 1, 2020 to January 31, 2021, ANA Manila-Narita (NH 820) flights will continue to operate 5x a week. Then from February 1 to February 28, 2021, NH 820 will increase frequency to daily flights.
ANA Manila-Haneda (NH 870) maintains a daily operation from December 1, 2020 until February 28, 2021.

Inbound:
In accordance with the Philippine Government’s restriction on international arrivals, ANA Narita-Manila (NH 819) and ANA Haneda-Manila (NH 869) flight schedules until February 28, 2021 will be as follows:

2) Airport Reminders
Manila:
All ANA flight departures and arrivals to/from Manila are at NAIA Terminal 3. Check in counters open 3 hours prior to the flight’s estimated time of departure.
Passengers will be allowed to enter the airport anytime provided they are holding valid tickets for flights departing within 24 hours. The use of face masks and face shields within the airport are mandatory. Passengers without face masks and face shields shall be refused entry into the airport building.

Haneda:
ANA international flights to / from Haneda will arrive and depart from Haneda Terminal 3 effective April 11, 2020 until further notice.
3) Outbound Travel from the Philippines
In accordance with the directives of Malacañan as recommended by the IATF-EID, the following passengers are allowed to exit the Philippines:
- OFWs (including seafarers)
- Students enrolled abroad and participants accepted in exchange visitor programs
- PH passport holders holding permanent residence abroad
- Foreign nationals
From October 21, 2020, non-essential outbound travel of Filipinos is allowed subject to compliance with IATF-EID requirements below. (This does not apply to destinations with existing travel restrictions.)
- Confirmed round trip ticket.
- Adequate travel and health insurance to cover travel disruptions and hospitalization in case of COVID-19 infections during their allowable period of stay abroad.
- Bureau of Immigration Declaration acknowledging the risks involved in traveling. (A blank declaration form may be downloaded here.)
- Whenever required by the country of destination or the airline, a negative COVID-19 test result taken in accordance with the health and safety protocols of such destination country and airline.
- Upon return, they shall follow the Guidelines of the National Taskforce (NTF) for Returning Overseas Filipinos.

4) Entry of Foreign Nationals in Japan
Residents with Valid Re-entry Permits and New Visa Holders:
Foreign nationals with residency status and re-entry permit in Japan and those holding new visas issued by the Embassy of Japan will be required to present a certificate of negative test result (test must be conducted within 72 hours before their departure time) upon entering Japan.
Temporary Visitors:
The validity of single and multiple entry visas issued by the Japanese Embassies and Consulates General in the Philippines by March 27, 2020 remains suspended until further notice. The same applies to passengers from the Philippines holding APEC Business Travel Cards.
Likewise, foreign (non-Japanese) nationals who have stayed in the Philippines within 14 days prior to their arrival in Japan are subject to denial of entry (unless there are special circumstances).

5) Quarantine Measures Upon Entry in Japan
From December 3, 2020, passengers entering Japan (via Narita or Haneda) must answer an Online Questionnaire.
Passengers may access the questionnaire at https://arqs-qa.followup. mhlw.go.jp/#/
Once completed, they will receive a QR code to be presented along with their passport upon entering Japan.
All passengers arriving in Japan are subject to COVID-19 testing and 14-day quarantine at home or at a location designated by the quarantine station chief. During this period, they are prohibited from using public transport (ex. domestic flights, buses, trains, taxis, etc).
Those who travel to Japan as a transit country are not subject to the above quarantine measures.

6) Guidelines on Arriving Passengers in the Philippines
Under existing protocols, all passengers of international flights arriving in the Philippines are required to undergo COVID-19 RT-PCR test as well as quarantine procedures in approved facilities while awaiting the results of their tests.
In line with this, all passengers are advised to pre-register and accomplish one of the Electronic-Case Investigation Forms (E-CIF) online (http://e-cif.redcross.org.ph or https://www.padlab.ph/DLS/ PassengerCIF) in order to expedite airport procedures.
Non-OFW passengers are encouraged to pre-book their accommodations with accredited establishments as identified by the Department of Tourism for their quarantine while awaiting results.
